The finals are not open yet

In a normal run the champion beats a chain of challengers drawn from the whole field, so first and second place almost never meet. The finals put the top ten against each other, which is the only way that order gets decided rather than inherited.

It needs 100 votes in this arena first. Below that the top ten is whoever got lucky, and a bracket of ten names that arrived by accident is worse than no bracket.
